Handles live five minutes. Yours is older, or the note moved past the frontier it was minted against.

What to do

Re-fetch with `with_handles:true` and retry immediately with the new handles.

Why it works this way

A short life is what makes an anchor safe to trust without re-checking the document. A handle that never expired would let a resumed agent apply a diff computed against a document that has since moved.
