What it means

The anchor handle failed verification. It is a MAC bound to your session, your token, one note, one block and one frontier; a handle from another note, another session, or a modified handle fails here.

What to do

Get a fresh handle from `fastpad_fetch{with_handles:true}` on the note you are writing to. Handles are not transferable between notes or sessions.

Why it works this way

Binding the handle to the session and note is what stops "read note B, write into note A with B’s anchor" — a shape that otherwise passes every per-call authorization check.
