What it means

The note is real, but your token was not issued for it. Token scope resolves to a concrete note set at issue time and is frozen there.

What to do

Use `fastpad_capabilities` to see the note set you may write to. A human must mint a new token to widen it — nothing an agent can do widens its own scope.

Why it works this way

Scope is a fixed list, never a live tag selector. If it were a selector, an agent holding `notes:write` could widen its own scope simply by tagging a note.
