What it means

No credential was presented, or the one presented is not valid. The response carries a `WWW-Authenticate` challenge and a link to this resource’s metadata, so a client can discover how to authenticate rather than guess.

What to do

Send `Authorization: Bearer fpk_…` with an agent token, or sign in to obtain a session cookie. With the `fp` CLI, run `fp login`.

Why it works this way

Marked NOT retryable, unlike most 401s elsewhere. Retrying with the same credential cannot succeed, and an agent that retries an invalid token burns its budget discovering slowly that it was revoked.
