What it means

No note with that id is visible to you. It may not exist, may be deleted, or may be outside your token scope.

What to do

Check the id, then use `fastpad_search` to find the note you meant. Do not retry the same id.

Why it works this way

The three cases return the same 404 on purpose. Distinguishing "does not exist" from "exists but you may not see it" would let a caller enumerate which ULIDs are real.
